Short version: I only collect what you type into the request form, and I only use it to reply to you.

What I collect

When you request a free proof or ask about AI services, the form sends your request type, business name, what the business does, your name, your phone or email, and any website or project details you choose to add. It is delivered to me through Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site, and copied into my private customer records system.

Text messages

The form has a separate, optional box to agree to texts about your request from Mack Web Design. It is never pre-checked and you can send the form without it. If you check it, I keep the wording you agreed to, the page, the date and time and your IP address as a record of your consent. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. I don't sell, rent, share or provide your mobile phone number, text message opt-in or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What I do with it

I use it to respond to your request, discuss your project, and build your proof if you requested one. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else, except the services that run this site and my texting (Netlify and Twilio).

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers.

Deleting your details

Reply to any message I send you and ask me to delete your request. I'll remove it.
